Berlin, 31 August 2010. Berlin Capital Investments (http://www.berlin-capital.com), Zabel Immobilien KG's special subsidiary for marketing exclusive residential properties in Berlin, has been honoured for a second time in a row by the 2010 European Property Awards, winning the categories ‘Best Real Estate Agency Germany' and ‘Best Real Estate Agency Website Germany'. The awards, which are conferred in 20 different prize categories, are among the most coveted in the international property and real estate industry.
This year, Berlin Capital Investments has once again succeeded in beating off a diverse range of German companies. "We're very proud to have been able to confirm our awards from last year. That shows that we're on the right track with our commitment to maximum product, location and service quality," says Thomas Zabel, Managing Director of Berlin Capital Investments.
Its latest awards entitle Berlin Capital Investments to compete - as the only German contender - in two categories in the Europe-wide competition for the 2010 European Property Awards. The company will be pitted against Europe's top estate agencies on 25 September in London.
The highly distinguished reputation of the European Property Awards is demonstrated not just by high-calibre sponsors such as Bloomberg Television and the New York Times and Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung newspapers, but also by the prestigious jury members, which include journalists, politicians and selected experts from the global property industry, such as for example the National Director of the German Real Estate Association, the IVD.
Zabel Immobilien KG, which has headquarters in Berlin and Aachen, was founded back in 1993. It specialises in marketing top-quality residential properties throughout Germany for private customers and investors. The company founded Berlin Capital Investments in 2003 as its own special subsidiary for marketing Berlin's premium properties. Alone within Berlin's most exclusive district between the Brandenburg Gate, Gendarmenmarkt and Friedrichstrasse, the company's luxury portfolio of residential properties currently exceeds a sales volume of 100 million euros.
